Fabric on walls / ceiling?

Thread Starter
What are all the ways we can put fabric on the walls and/or ceiling of a home theater?

Lots of input needed, please.

Art, if you venture to this side of the forum, how did you put your full size fabric cloths up?

Looking for a cheap and effective way of doing this, without having to spend a lot of time or money, already over budget... Lol.

Also what is the best material to use and where to buy in large quantities.

I've brought this up before but...

Not all fabrics are fire rated to go on walls and ceilings. In fact, most of them are not.
Not to be a downer, but that's something people might want to be aware of. Not that it stops most people from using whatever fabric they can find.

I have a build-down on my ceiling that is done in dark brown felt. The felt is fire-rated for use on walls/ceiling.

Material I used Celtic Cloth Black - 122" Wide, 9.95/Yard + Shipping Cost, Fold option is cheaper than roll option, Fire Rated. Cheaper compared to other Fabrics due to the Width.

Very flexible and easy to work with (just my opinion)
