I spent an hour looking last night through your posts and I couldn't find the latest one.
Also, I offered those examples simply as examples only.
These were only examples. This has happened on many channel and many programs and a few Blu-Ray discs.
My feeling is seems that the tv is trying yo refresh more often than the source material.
that if the broadcast quality is not great and the Blu-Ray video bit-rate is not great doesn't have great bit-Rate , then this phenomenon shows up.
I tried posting this on other threads but got no one who has noticed this.
I was watching "Boardwalk Empire" last night, it looked great.
I just don't know hat the hell it is.
Maybe I will make a video of it to show. .
