I'm have had my RPTV for less than a year, but it has been through two moves. I'm wondering what kind of tips other RPTV owners have about cleaning/calibrating their RPTV. I have a Best Buy service tech coming out this week and I am making a task list for him.

A Best Buy tech? I'd be curious to know if he is much help at all! I've thought about getting an ISF guy out to tweak my set, but I think I'll be waiting 'till I move one final time.

hehe, a best buy service tech...yeah...they will simply eye-ball the convergence if they even know how. I should know, I worked at Best Buy for 2 years and have had a broken HD RPTV set (which is still broken....). If he can't resolve the problems, get an ISF tech. The Best Buy guy is simply a repair man who will only fix certain problems, not calibrate your TV. (if he does, wow, you got a nice deal) Good Luck.

2 words of advice.........CHUCK WILLIAMS

After last night, The only advice I will ever give out about having an ISF tech come to your home.
I wish I could decribe how lifelike everything is, and how Fuc&ing awesome it looks, but honestly, words cant really describe it.

Chuck should have autographed my display, because it truely is a work of art.
