How bout you enlighten me on what amp you'd use? needing 3000 watts per channel..... and don't say powersoft, since not many will bother paying that much for a HT amp
This is great stuff here... tell us what is a capable system, how many people have one and where our priorities should lie on your list... with no data whatsoever, while you laugh at us in the process.
Put driver in sealed box, connect to amplifier, insert L/T, play disc. A pair of 15s, DIY L/T and a bridged Berry amp will suffice. What does "capable enough" mean, and what does it have to do with the signal chain roll off?
How about you show me the measured FR of your clones? You can also show me the test results that confirm 3000 WPC, all channels driven, as well. It's little wonder that you call it laughable to prefer to know this simple data since you have no idea what it is in your own case.
Amplifier power is all but irrelevant. It's better to put a bridged Berry amp on each driver and know the signal chain and power data than to run around the forums telling people it doesn't matter.
This thread is the joke of jokes. The roll off of these amplifiers from Sanway is completely arbitrary and all over the map. But YOU say it's irrelevant... laughable even... to want to know what the roll of is before you buy one. Many posts say -3dB @ 6.8 Hz. That's an awfully precise specification. Has anyone actually measured one? One guy posted that the clones are just Class H with a different name, so bus pumping is of no concern. Aren't you one of the guys who posted that people should just shell out the dough and hope for the best because "we all" know it's just a crap shoot, or some such drivel? Yeah, wow.
You seem fond of hiding behind the "most people" shield when you get called posting BS. You pi$$ed on a guy's simple question, calling it 'laughable'. Instead of owning it, you keep posting lame excuses for it.
