I called Denon and spoke with a CSR. (Telephone numbers are available on the Denon website.) It's a tedious process, but it's worth it. It took a week to get an RMA from Denon. I sent it to Panurgy OEM, as the Denon CSR requested. From there, it took another 3 weeks, but when I called them, I was told that Denon agreed to ship me a NEW unit. I had sent them a AVR-3312ci; I received a new AVR-3313ci last Saturday. Interestingly, the Denon CSR had warned me during our first conversation that customers who expected a NEW receiver were asking too much!
