Will try FIOS 3D stuff next, and CoD Black Ops. I will post my findings. Niko, please advise if any of the stuff Sony does for you helps, or if we just have crappy 3D because this is Sony's cheapest model.
I thought you'd be heavily impressed with Crysis 2 3D. Turns out you're having problems.
Here's the thing with my set. I watched Monster House (twice), Resident Evil, Step Up 3D, and played with NBA 2K and Crysis.
Of all the titles, only Step Up has given me problems. (And NBA 2k too) Crysis was dead awesome in 3D, even without lowering the intensity or depth to reduce crosstalk. Maybe I'm just lucky with my set.
What I did though was to take the reviews with a grain of sugar. Listened to HDTV UK or something like that regarding the MotionFlow and turned it off... even the CineMotion. Ever since, I had little to no crosstalk with Step Up 3D. I was tempted to re-watch some of the scenes but I was already sleepy last night. Will test again next week on my day-off.
As of now I'm having a blast. I've moved on from flash lighting issues (immune to it already) and I'm now appreciating the set more and more.
I heavily recommend [b]Bytehoven's settings/B] especially on 3D. The guy's right. Detail Enhancer, Edge Enhancer, comboed with a high Advance Contrast Enhancer setting REALLY REALLY made me feel like I'm in our Philippine IMAX Cinema. The detail is amazing. What I only changed though is the Glasses Brightness (Set to LOW) and Brightness still sat at 50. In a very dark room, the fixed Backlight at MAX just destroys the experience for me. (Will try to fiddle with GAMMA given the time)
