It's extremely unlikely that speakers would require an external crossover; that is extremely rare! Yours definitely do not!
You have two options. One is to just tie the two pairs of terminals on each speaker together with short jumper wires and run a single pair of wires to each speaker. The other is to run two pairs of wires to the speaker from each pair of amplifier terminals (bi-wiring").
I would not bother with bi-wiring unless you are running more than 15 feet (5 meters) of wire to the speakers. Just use #14 wire.
