Panasonic HDC-TM20 bad quality image

Hello,

This is my first post here. I have a camcorder like the title says, i got this in the States in 2010. I see that image quality is not that great anymore, like image with noise and black is horrible. I have it on highest settings FULL HD. I have also tried the "restore factory settings" but nothing changed. What i am doing wrong? Please advice.

Don't expect really quick help here, give the forum time to read you'r post. A look at one of the videos on youtube would be helpful.
