The same thing just happened to me right now. I was watching something which was also recording from 9:00pm-11pm alongside recording another show from 9pm-10pm. Then at 10:00pm three more shows were supposed to record along with the show the started at 9pm and WMC went nuts with errors. I kept hitting cancel because it was my only option and before I knew it, it was recording the three new shows starting at 10pm and now the 2 hr show from 9pm stopped playing and if I try to tune any channel other then the three currently recording I get an error below. If I go to the web interface for the Ceton it says tuner one is not tuned, playback is stopped.
"Unable to view channel
No available tuner is able to tune to the requested channel. If you are using a set-top box, make sure the IR control cable is connected and try again."
WMC definitely knows I have 4 tuners, I went into the diagnostics and it ended up stopping all 3 of my recordings so I had to record them all over again and now I have 3 shows split up into separate segments and cannot even watch the original show from 9pm-11pm. This is frustrating. It's the first time I've actually had four things scheduled at the same time and obviously it did not go well.
Edit: On top of this the Ceton is running at 58.9* right now. I guess that means I now have to fork over money for a fan.
Edit Edit: Well from the way it appears WMC wasn't really even attempting to tune the 4th channel because it INSTANTLY went to the error message above. Something must be wrong with WMC here and not the Ceton. I redid my TV signal setup just now and it did not immediately fix the problem. Every time I tried to record something I would get an error message popping up with a cancel button but then it recorded until I got to the 4th one which would not work. I just rebooted the PC and now its working 100% fine and recording 4 shows (just for testing purposes). No idea.
