Acoustic Treatments/ Room Set-up

I have (hopefully) attached an excel spreadsheet with the general concept of my room layout. I have a few questions. Basically, the room is a backward "L" shape, 15 feet wide at the front, 21 at the back, 23 long, 8 foot ceilings, brick 1/4 round fireplace in rear right corner, large curtained window on the right wall, curtained window on back left wall, door to front left, curtained french doors to back rear left (in the end of the reverse L).

My questions are: (1) where should I put acoustic treatments? I am assuming bass traps to the left and right of the screen in the corners--floor to ceiling, but what else? On the ceiling in front of the screen? What about the brick fireplace? I will take pictures hopefully tomorrow... but will try and attach the excel spreadsheet for now. (2) Also, where would it be best to place my subwoofer? I had it in the front right corner, but it was pretty crowded with the electronics...

I don't have speakers installed at this time because I just sold my Orb Audio set in order to upgrade to PBN Montana SPi's and a SPC-2 center across the front... will be adding monitors for the surround duties sooner than later.

All doors in the picture, aside from the front left one, are covered with curtains, as are the windows. I'm interested to know what I should do about the 1/4 round brick fireplace, where to place bass traps, and other dispersion/ panels.
