Which sorround receiver to get?

Hello,
back in 2006 I bought a Onkyo TX-SR803 that came in a set with the Sk*-540* speakers, I found some information about teh speakers here.
My Receiver is now acting up (from times to tiems no sound). So I am thinking of replacing it.
Currently I am using it in a 5.1 set-up. Also do I connect to the rear speakers wirelessly via a rocket-fish adapter.

What I want to conenct is:
PS3 (and possibly PS4 in future)
XBox 360 (and possibly XBox 720 in future)
possibly next gen Wii
HTPC

ideally all 4 would conenct via HDMI (so I need 4 HDMI input)
Also I am conention the receiver to my Mitsubishi HPC500 projector via HDMI, but it woudl be nice to have a second HDMI outputt if needed.

Also it would be ideal to conenct to the rear speakers wireless.

Any thoughts?

As little as possible and as much as necessary.
Since my unit is still working I can save up money, but would need to know how much.

I looked around and it seems more than one HDMI output is only in the top units, so I cna live just fine wiht one HDMI output.

But if there is a good receiver that has HD radio, that would be nice...

Not sure how to measure the volume levels.
The current volumes I get with my set-up are more than I need (I never cranked my unit to max).

The room is our living room, aprox. 26feet each side.

Yeah, that looks good.
With as little as possible I mean that I don't to get something which is a total overkill.

Is there anything good from Harman/Kardon? They have nice designs...

Wouldn't it make more sense to run a wire to the abck speakers first?
Or are there good wireless systems out?
I have a felling the rocket fish I use (the first they made) is not ideal...
