Vizio E3D320VX firmware upgrade

I just got this tv a few days ago, and have been using it as a monitor (and I love it, by the way). I woke up this morning and the on-screen menu was on and said that my firmware had been updated (online) to version 1.22.8.0874. I don't know what it had before, and I am not familiar enough with it yet to detect any changes...does anyone know what this firmware adds/improves? I couldn't find any info on the Vizio site, or anywhere else for that matter. Thanks!

Well, I saw a comment about firmware that came out in January, but there is no mention of the version number, and that was 4 months ago! Is that the only firmware update there has been?

My 47" received firmware this morning. I'm hoping at some point the Vizio line will receive the new algorithm the LGs are using to deliver 1080p to each eye, since the Vizios us LG panels anyway.

Might try talking firmly to the set.

Sometimes (rarely) works with kids and dogs.
