Isolated Rack - Ir repeater/ extender

My rack wont be locted in the theater because I read and heed the heat warnings of everyone here. I would like to use a wall plate ir reciever to an Ir repeater located 35 ft away using cat 5.

Any suggestions on IR repeater/ extenders?

I have used non cat 5 version of Hot Link Pro in the past. I did buy a cat 5 version a while ago but did not end up using it. Make me an offer and I will sell it to you for a fair price. It is brand new in the original box.
