I found a place that sells Monivision "Vision Box"s. This contains all the inputs and the tuner. Hopefully, that these are user-replaceable means that we'll all be able to upgrade our monitors to DVI, in a year or so. They claim that these are compatible with CTX MS2900, 3400 & 3800 and Princeton AR2.7T, 3.2T & 3.6T monitors.
It appears that the only difference between the ARxxT and ARxxHTX is the vision box (the HTX's has component). The same should be true of the MSxx00 vs MSxx00S.
