I posted earlier that WTVF-DT (CBS-5 DT Ch56) is authorized a megawatt in power but is only running 440 kw. I'm told they will not be increasing power to their authorized level until after they switch channels. Their current transmitter is maxed and will have to be exchanged for one tuned for their new channel...whatever that may be. Their antenna will also have to be swapped out.
