Playing multiple shows at once

So I have a very ill family member who can't use their hands and have a very weird sleeping schedule.

What would be really great would be if I could set the DVR to just play EVERYTHING on it and leave it be. Rather than have to play each taped program individually.

So does anyone know of any method to do this? Not sure I would try a hack, since it's not my equipment.

I have a Motorola DCT3412 I and a Motorola dcx3400m, both from Comcast.

You know, this is definitely something DVR developers should have thought of a long time ago. I mean, it's something that VCRs have over DVRs.

DVDRs can do that(at least Panasonics that I am familiar with) but it sounds like you have a cable company DVR? If you don't get any responses here you might want to try and find the thread on your DVRs in this forum or if no threads exist create a new one, this forum is more for DVDRs.
