Vizio VX32L HDTV NO Power Plz help!!

I'm trying to figure out why my TV has no power not even the Vizio Orange logo doesn't light up. Ive done some research and it seems that these TV's have big problems with there power supplies. I took apart mine today and all the capacitors look fine but I did find a burnt component that I cant identify. So if any one with some repair knowledge that can help me I would greatly appreciated.

Mark on component FU 791 not really sure on the FU but for sure 791
