Would the Brookstone Outdoor Weather Resistant Speaker work with my system?

All,

I was thinking about purchasing the Brookstone Outdoor Weather Resistant speaker for my balcony. My main reasoning is that I have a small balcony for my apartment and would like to be able to listen to the TV & Ipod sound outdoors without blasting my indoor speakers. I can't set up any type of crazy outdoor set up that is synced with my Home theater system so I figured this would be a quick fix to get what I need.

However, I am not sure if I can set this up so the TV/Ipod sound comes out of all my speakers (7.1 system) AND still gets transmitted to the outdoor speaker. Could someone please advise if what I am talking about is feasible with my Surround Sound set-up (Onkyo 7300 HTIB) and the Brookstone speaker? Links to both products are below with a set up link for the HTIB.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Yes, it would appear the Brookstone wireless speaker would work by connecting the transmitter to the Zone 2 preout jacks on the back panel of the Onkyo. You'll have to connect an analog cable from each source you want to pass to Zone 2 in addition to the HDMI cable you are likely using for the main zone.
