Onkyo SiriusXM net app login problem

I just got a new HT-R360 (NR609 minus PC input) and I'm trying to setup the streaming apps on the NET page. I can login to Pandora just fine but I get an "Error signing in, please check credentials" error trying to login to Sirius/XM. I know the user/password works and I can logout and in on my iPad, Mac and PC no problem.

Has anyone had any luck logging in?

Solved my own problem. The PC/iPad/iPhone apps let you login with the master username/password but the Onkyo app doesn't. You need to login with the "service" login associated with the streaming radio ID, plus if you have an older XM email address-as-username you need to change it, that format is no longer valid except for the master & account logins.

i am having the same problem, what specific id are you talking about that i have to use to get this to start streaming sirius?

Also having issues signing using my ID/Password to Sirius. I bought the lifetime plan when they first came out which included internet radio. It works on siriusxm.com/player/ but not from the Onkyo.

I have a feeling they are not including other devices other than PCs. They want their extra 3.50/month.

I read elsewhere that you have to enter your SiriusXM password in ALL CAPS. My password is a mix if small and large caps and I just converted it to all caps and I am able to login. I've been trying to solve this for a year and I finally got in! Your user name can be small caps but password in CAPS.
