L.A. Noire to be released for the PC

L.A. Noire will be released for the PC this Fall. We can expect better visuals, proper 3D and ideal PC control options.

If there is one console-only game released in the past couple of years that I would like on the PC, it would be L.A. Noire. This game just begs to be played on a good PC rig.

This is great and all, but I was so hoping Red Dead Redemption would come to PC. I have been purposely avoiding this game on the console so maybe I could play it on PC.

Wow I just went to the link you gave, and there are tons of people bitching that it is not Red Dead Redemption coming to PC in the comments area. Even though I wish it was RDR, La Noir will be good to have, too.

Hated it the first time I attempted playing on PS3, but would probably pick it up during a sale for $5-10 to give it another shot.

I would much rather it be RDR too. I got burnt out on that game and never finished, but would love to pick it up again.

Glad I didn't buy it yet.

There is certainly a lot of demand to bring Red Dead Redemption over to the PC, and Rockstar seems to be well aware of that. Hopefully they deem a port to be worthwhile.

I sure hope so. It's the reason I bought another PS3.

LA was a decent game but don't expect it to be mind blowing. I finished it in about 13 hours and there will never be a need to play it again. There is just too much down time between everything. I liked Red Dead but it was the same thing. Riding your horse WAY to much and there is nothing worth seeing or doing. The missions were fun to a point but got repetitive. the multi was terrible IMO. The world were just too big with not enough to do in them.

I bought la noire on pc direct download from amazon. Having major issues seeing if anyone else has problems. It just pays some music abd does the light flickering la noire sign at the menu. However nothing else is on the screen not even my mouse hand. Uninstalled and reinstalled nothing. Deleted entire program and re downloaded and same problem. Anyone else having issues?

It's definitely not my pc. Just built this rig last October for bf3. I dunno what I could try. The game tried to load a patch but failed and even after reinstalling the game it still said fail. I tried clicking on join social club but clicking it does nothing. I'm not that frustrated cuz it was only five dollars but I still would like to try it out lol

Had the same issue after first attempt to autopatch through the game. Rockstar has a fix in their support section that worked for me. I still got an error when the game tried to autopatch after restarting it, but it doesn't hang on the billboard screen now.
