Can I build my screen before installing projector?

I have my room complete except for the screen. I am painting the wall with Sherwin Williams Pro Classic Satin White. Am I safe to frame it with my black molding by the 16:9 screen sizes listed on Projector Central for my desired size? Or is it safer to install the screen, shoot the image to the wall and mark the size at that time? Thanks in advance for the help!

If one can hang the PJ first and shoot/mask off the desired Image perimeters, that always allows for the easiest "do" and an assurance that there will be no surprises as far as formatting your image size to the desired screen size.
