looking for the fastest gaming monitor for COD

so ive been looking for the past 2 days for the fastest gaming monitor 2ms or below if thats good, or should i be looking at some other spec to determine lag? i dont really care what the picture looks like (i have an xbr-55hx929 for that ) can anyone recommend one thanks i specifically play fps games mostly COD....... 22-30 inches and i play on my ps3 thanks for any help
