SVS PB-13 Ultra Stopped Working - How To Troubleshoot?

I have a SVS PB-13 sub woofer (about 1 1/2 years old) and a Onkyo PR-SC5507 processor.

The SVS that has stopped working, the green light on the control panel is on and the panel is slightly warm indicating to me that the internal amp is alive. The speaker configuration in the Onkyo is setup with the sub and I have not changed anything there since the SVS was last working. The coax connecting the two units looks fine.

How do I go about trying to fix this problem, how can I confirm that there is a signal going to the SVS from the Onkyo? Any other ideas? I have a call in to SVS tech support.

Thank you.

Plug the sub cable into a different source such as an RCA output on a CD player. See if that causes the sub to work. Also turn the sub off for about 30 seconds and turn it back on to see if it resets.

Thanks. Tried that, no joy.

It's time to contact the guys at SVS. Their response time is quick. They will probably send you a replacement amp to swap out.
