My bad review of 4seating dot com
Ordered two Lane Theater chairs that I needed by Friday Oct. 4th. I instructed the sales person that I needed them for a party I was having on Saturday Oct 5th with a lot of family coming out of town to show off the new theater room. I was told it would arrive by Friday Oct 5th.
Called to check up on the order and was told it didn't ship until Oct 1st and would not arrive until Oct 7th. Well this will not work of course. They then tell me that I could have expedited the shipping. I asked why wasn't I told this before when I placed the order and the response was: "Had you told us you needed it by Friday we would have told you about the faster shipping service". My resonse: "I did tell you, otherwise why would you have told me it should have no problem getting there by Friday Oct 5th if you didn't know I needed it by then?"
(Scheduled delivery date which was already past my 0ct 5th deadline) Nope, still not even in my state. Still in transit.
Finally arrived at my local terminal Oct 11th Still not delivered, Called the transporter and now it won't be delivered until Tuesday Oct 15th.
Customer Service at 4seating.com: Sorry but there is nothing we can do.. Would you like to return it for a 30% restocking fee plus shipping fees? Me: no thanks, I appreciate the terrible service you have rendered and have a nice day.
It's not that the seats were late that angers me the most, although that would have been frustrating in itself, its that they aren't honest and dodge responsibility altogether.
