Worth the upgrade?

Recently I had a lightning strike on my house and lost my entire home theater, everything got fried...
Since I'm going to be replacing things anyway, should I replace my Yamaha RXV-1065 receiver with another receiver, and go with the Emotiva umc-1 and Emotiva XPA-3 and XPA-5? I already have a XPA-3 powering my front speakers so I would just need the umc-1 and xpa-5 for the rest.
I just thought this would be a good time to go to separate components. Is it really worth it?

In case it matters the rest of my components are:
Front - Polk TSi-300
sides and rears - Polk FXI-A4
center - Polk CS10
Subs - Pinnacle sonic-500 (x2)
amp - Emotiva XPA-3

Anyone have any input on this? I'm going ot be ordering tomorrow so I would like to have some feedback. Is there a better option for this price range? I have $1500 to either go with the Emotiva processor and 5 channel amp or a really good receiver. Just not sure what's the best option?

I've been reading a lot about the Integra DHC-40.2, and the Marantz AV7005 as well. They are both a little more money but if it's worth it. Does anyone know where to order the Integra?? I can't find any place to get either of these online.
