I also like this recent remix of Kany Garcia's "Alguien" (posted earlier in the thread), featuring Alexandra.
Love the way the voices are blended on this version, and it's really nice to see what a pro like Alexandra can bring to something like this. It's a completely different feel from the original, which I've also reposted here for comparison. (Could never play it on my guitar in a million years though.)
Remixed Bachata Version:
I believe that last track by Elizio is an example of "kizomba", which is another style of music that uses dembow rhythms, just like many of the reggaeton tracks here. Kizomba is generally slower and more ballad-like (and dates much further back) than most reggaeton tracks though.
The term "dembow" btw, comes from this 1991 dancehall track, which uses the same basic "dunk-kadunka" beat as many reggaeton tracks.
The dembow drum riddim on the above track was originally developed though in the late 80's/early 90's for dancehall/reggae tracks like the one below, so some also know it as the "Poco Man Jam" riddim.

The next block of tracks all use dembow beats. Most were made within the last few years, all by artists in Europe and Asia. The musical style of these artists is a mixture of regional/eastern folk, and western pop, house, hip-hop... influences.
So it's difficult to say where the dembow beats in these originated, because eastern folk rhythms use the same kinds of syncopated beats as dembow. And reggaeton and kuduro (another popular up-tempo dembow style) are also popular in Europe. Some of the tracks are undoubtedly an attempt to fuse/assimilate all the above though.
The dembow ladies of Europe and Asia aren't particularly shy about showing some of their assets btw, and there may be occasional "wardrobe malfunctions" in these. I'll try to give a heads-up though if there's something particularly glaring, or potentially off-putting to some viewers. Or just post a Youtube link if I feel somethin really crosses the line, and let them worry about your viewing status. For the record, I wouldn't be posting these if I didn't like and also listen to the music myself.

Wish I could find a stereo version of this video, but there doesn't seem to be one available. Luv the video though. The dembow is sort of hidden in this track (which is something alot of these artists like to do). It becomes explicite though in the brief drum line at ~1:38.
