How COOL is that. I didn't remember you bought them....do you just love them?

They would still be in my hands, except wifey did not want me to get a sub in there in the office, well she didn't forbid it, but with the phils, I couldn't ruin the decor any more than I had already.

Thus, the Monitor 2s and they provide enough bass for me.

So, how do you like them?

The are the CAOW2s DM designs OW2 tweet rather than the OW1, longstanding great speakers, also sold by Salksound as monitors or surrounds, for more money. Del build the cabinet.

yeap, those are your old monitors. the idea is to see how they compare to R300s.

which brings me to my point, any1 bought Philharmonics in Chicago are yet? I could even bring the R300s to A/B them with Philharmonics.

I think you e-mailed me a couple of weeks ago, and I can't find it. Don't know what happened to it. If you want a reply, you might try shooting it out here again.

Yay! Don't work too hard! If you can't get them out by Tuesday, don't sweat it.

Thanks, DM!

Hey Monk dude--I finished up your speakers. I'll box them up and hopefully get them out tomorrow. They look pretty good.

Well--I hope so. They'll leave Northern Maryland (Hagerstown) late Tuesday night and head West. I'm not sure they can get across the country in 4 days, though. We'll see.

I went all bug-eyed.

If my graphs get posted and they look anything like that I'm going to need a designated driver when I go pick them up!

LMAO!!

I'm not so sure you want those hippies to be your designated drivers. I hear they really like their BongTowers. :P

Noah is Little Jeans (sorry if I got your handle wrong) I don't think Del is done with Nethawk's pair; They just got stained, if i'm not mistaken.

I don't suppose you have any Off-Axis measurements of Jared's Phils? If you included them in the box, i'll just take a look then. If not, would it be a pain to post them (or just the farthest off axis)?

Thank you, Dennis.

Riiiiiiiiiiiiiight. Like I have a clue who fuz0928cubed is. Anyhow, I'm attaching a plot of Jared's taken at 40 degrees off axis. I think one of the titles says 45, but it's 40. Not perfect, but pretty good.

Haha I figured you wouldn't, tis me Alex from NY. Ordered that nice pair of Phil 3s stained light sorta like a bamboo color, sans center with the solid backs for the upper cabinet.

I'm picking up two pairs of cabinets, but I think they're both lightly dyed maple. I know Del got very backed up with a huge furniture order, but he's hired an extra pair of hands to get the Phil 3 cabinet making back on track.
Yup that should be mine, maple but stained darker to a bambooish color.

Looks a little better than the off-axis of the Phil 2's on the Philharmonic Audio site.

Well, if your last name starts with an H, I will be picking them up this week. There's another order for a pair in "planked bamboo," but that dude's initials are BJ.
Yea that's me, I just wanted the color not the added cost of actual bamboo (nice as it is)
the components used are nice, very high grade

Yes, I received an email from Del on Friday, my cabinets were stained, lacquer being applied early this week. The photo also showed a center channel speaker where it belongs, on my speakers.

Out of sheer curiosity, what causes the rise is SPL off axis between 1.5 and 4khz?
