The Salon2's bass is a little more than the Orion. I still use dual subs for pop/rock.

The only speakers I've heard that I would not need any external subs for any reasons are the RBH T3/P; that's because they actually have four powered subwoofers between them. So I guess they are really 2 large monitors with four powered subs.

I will be using the Phil3 & Orion3 full range 2.0 direct.

The Salon2 & 201/2 will 2.1 stereo.

My initials are JC, and sometime around the end of April I will be picking up (from Stafford) Philharmonic 2's, center channel and a pair of MB0W1's built by some guy with the moniker FTCeconodudespeakermakerJettadriverretrieverownerpensiontake , all in maple.

Nope, that's not me. We finalized my order the first week in March. I have terror terriers that would love to wrestle with Ben, and I own a couple Alfa Romeos (more clues).

April may be wishful thinking, I won't lose any sleep if there are delays.

LOL! Yeah, that would be me. I singlehandedly support a body shop just east of Richmond that specializes in classic autos.

Thanks Dennis, I can't wait to play Hootie and the Blowfish on my new Philharmonica's.
