Yeah old characters returning weird that guy is a "prisoner" of a bomb, my guess is he can't take it off at all and the lady only came to stop a timer.. talking about forcing someone to do your bidding that way..

Man the Brazilian chick was so hot, too bad she's gone to Brazil now... what not even a kiss on the cheek?

I KNEW Reese's CIA wasn't dead! But what is she? Friend or foe?

Just thought of this. What if she is back to ultimately meet back up with John, he talks her into going after ROOT for him and at the end of the season, she bags ROOT!

If the writers use it, I WANT MY CREDIT DAMNIT!

I hope for some forthcoming surveillance scenes from Brazilian beaches. Does that make me a bad person?

According to the FCC, YES!

She may have been hot, but her characterization was hardly believable. People like that don't have best friends, they have hangers-on. I don't see her being that upset upset losing her clubbing buddy. Her transformation from insufferable rich bitch to lost little girl at the end was annoying to me. Aside from that, I liked the episode and I love the dog. In a few episodes we're going to see the dog throw people out of windows, just for a change of pace.

In this episode was another person flying through a window. That has made every episode this season, someone has been thrown through window. That might be the running joke this season, who gets thrown though a window.

I don't know how long it has been available, I haven't been looking, but I was at Best Buy yesterday and saw they have the first season of POI in Blue Ray for sale.

Maybe a new "drinking game".

And an extra round if "Bear" plays fetch with a perp instead of a ball.

I guess nobody but me watched this last night? I actually thought it was a really good episode, easier to follow than most. Not that it was dumbed-down or anything, but sometimes there's just sooooo much going on that it's easy to miss something important . . .

I watched and thought this was up to their usual high standards. I especially liked them working in Elias - I enjoy Enrico Colantoni's acting especially with this character! What a hoot at the end with the chess game!

And they had their obligatory person being thrown thru a window or door. Too bad it was Reese this time.

Agreed. This guy makes James Bond look wimpy.

So what did he do with the guy at the end?

Killed him, took his money, and purchased a Glass Doctor franchise.

He deleted the bad code .. .. .. .. .. L O L

My first thought was Reese killed him, but my wife pointed out that isn't what Reese does, (like the guy he sent to South America and wound up in jail there instead of killing him.) She thinks Reese will get him to go after ROOT. I really don't know.

I think it's opposite of Reese not killing him , Reese killed him, as they discussed the merits of actually killing/allowing someone to die as the better good for man-kind . As Reese pointed that out to Finch that Finch was changing his position on them killing / allowing a person to die , where Finch said that now he had feeling that " Bad Code " needs to be deleted , where before Finch had abhorrently disliked the taking of any life for any reason . This was the discussion about weather to let the hit man get killed by the mob & only protect the girl as Finch wanted OR as Reese said that they should protect him as well as the hitman/boy friend was trying to protect the girl as well . That started the whole discussion on who should be protected & who should be allowed to die . Up to this point Reese abides by Finch's wishes by figuring out another way to solve a problem instead of killing the problem , but with the new opinion on who should be deleted as " Bad Code " that now came outta Finch.
Last season Reese had said more than once that someone should killed & Finch pulled Reese back from doing that .
Seems that the code of conduct on P O I is evolving after the " Root " abduction . Finch's eyes were really opened to the really bad side of human nature with all that Root had done in the Name of
" Deleting Bad Code "
I found it quite striking that Finch actually said " Bad Code " as that is what Root was calling the people that she killed & other persons who sought to control the " Machine "

Interesting change up tonight and a bit more plot advancement. Good show.

Agreed. I really liked the episode from all angles.

Yes it was one of the better episodes. Lots of comedy added compared to last season.

Continues to be very good.  This one was especially good with the added humor, especially with the usually stoic Reese.  He had several great one-liners (cleaning the sniper rifle).  The dog cameos continue to be fun as well and the overall story was well done, even with the occasional implausible plot threads. 

Good show, agree with the above comments. Add in a guest appearance from Gloria Votsis from "White Collar", and the doggie....

Love that Zoe chick...

Speaking of Gloria Votsis, who played the intrepid reporter, and Paige Turco, as Zoe, neither is bad looking, to say the least, and both are excellent actresses. I even like the doggy who plays Bear but he is certainly a bit less beautiful than Votsis and Turco. I continue to really enjoy Person of Interest. It certainly hasn't lost a step in its second season.

I am really disappointed with this episode. No one was thrown through a door, or window, or wall, or........
