'Person Of Interest' on CBS HD - Page 26

I think I can now say that Person of Interest is my 2nd favorite show. NCIS is still my favorite. Old habits die hard.

I am still waiting for Bear to rescue Finch in a bad situation.

Funny episode but limp. Hated the news babe "date" character. Unrealistic. Especially her out of the blue dropping him for "career" at the end. Did enjoy the humor.

A show on CBS certainly can't have any dangling relationships from episode to episode, unless it's a season finale or key mythology episode. They should have made a joke of it, having her tell him that he was too boring for her tastes.

I'm hoping we see the character again. Maybe the reporter can be recruited as an occasional member of the "team."

I kept waiting for that very joke ending the relationship. Surprised that the show's clever writing staff missed that slow pitch.

I really liked the change of scenery on last night's episode. I will say John driving the Jag into the suburbs wasn't very subtle.

I wonder when Finch is looking at the cameras on the streets and talking to them if that is an indication of a microphone supposedly also connected to it? I have seen reports of cameras on streets in the big cities actually having microphones being wired into them now in reality. I fear the day if the other end of a camera is smarter than the actual people it is spying on.

Limp episode. Do enjoy Zoe though.

Could you see John and Zoe settling down together? Yeah, me neither.

You gotta go back and watch from the beginning, but no, he is speaking to the camera, and it is helping him. If he hides his voice, the camera will know he is faking because it sees him. ?

In other words his creation is smarter or as smart as Finch is.

Sometimes I wonder if this show is about preparing people for a new way of crime fighting with cameras watching every spec of land, constantly, and there is no privacy on the streets anymore. It's weird.

The writing continues to impress me. The premise of the show is really its Achilles Heel in how many different ways can you save people? The writers are really moving beyond the box on ideas. This episode made me think how many people do I know who are really not the person I think they are?

Liked how they used Bear in this one.

The abilities of technology are just incredible. I am hopeful that it is always used to help people! But then you have ROOT...

And it's just not on the streets . . .

I know. I'm glad others know too, so I'm not thought to be crazy. It's good to see other folks doing research into what is happening today a lot of people still don't have any clue about. This show may be fictional, but some of what's in it comes from reality.

As far as if the AI knows whom it's talking to, look for the little yellow boxes around certain people's heads.

Good interview with Michael Emerson and his real life wife Carrie Preston who plays Finch's ex Grace. No spoilers in it but we will see Grace more this season and learn more about their relationship.

There's so much chemistry between Reese and Zoe, I'm surprise they didn't "do it" while on the house.. a lot of time spent alone and nothing? I guess this isn't that kind of relationship..

Last nights episode was excellent. They started out with the crash through the window too. Bear got quite a bit of time also. I didn't catch on to the fake cop either.

And we have yet another person appear from Reese's past, and a bad guy that we'll see more of in a future episode . . .

Technically two bad people (although we probably already know who "she" is).

Hope we see more of the dodgy computer guy, he's a good foil for Bear.

I can see the writers working him into the series.

I assume the unknown 'bad guy' is that CIA chick?
