I am buying a Panasonic 55st50. Can I send an HDMI 1.3a audio signal frm. a Panasonic blu ray player (to be purchased as well -/dual HDMI oututs)
to a Marantz SR8002 AND a seperate video signal from same blu ray to the plasma 55st50 TV? In other words, the Marantz receiver cannot process the video signal, so it will be effectively by-passed. I know that this is a very rudimentary question, but any answers would be very appreciated.

Said insider confirmed last week that there will NOT be a 70" set in 2012. He seemed doubtful about 2013, too, but decisions have not been finalized there yet.

Yes. That's one of the main reasons why dual-output BR players exist.

I asked a couple of day ago and was told that a final decision has not been made.
I think the prognosis is doubtful.

There is a thread on HDJ that says otherwise, but regardless, I think we can agree people should not count on any Panasonic sets in the over 65" sizes in 2012.

? The larger displays are not listed. GT50 only listed in 50 and 55" versions.
