I just purchased two pairs of Klipsch AW 400 speakers with mounts from a closed Workout Gym for a total of $110. I now have 2 questions:
1. Did I get a solid deal?
2. How durable are these speakers for outdoor use? More specifically, if I set them outside by the pool, would rain/splashed water be a problem? How are they affected by heat/direct sunlight? Any necessary precautions with wiring them?
I also have a pair of BOSE 100 series speakers. I have seen a couple places claim that these can be used outdoors as well, but I wanted to know if anyone has tried it with success. Please comment on their durability as well... thanks!
