I am searching for some time now to get a better judder free picture. I live in the Netherlands.
My TV is a Samsung LE32a559P4F
it is a 5 serie 2008 model. I can't find the supported refresh rates in te manual (see the link).
My videocard is an Nvidia GTX670
Nvidia Control panel say this are the supported refresh rates:
I used the tutorial one page one to install Lav Filters and MadVR.
My TV support 'Movie plus' (low) this gives a smoother picture (It is not supported in HDMI 1080p/24Hz mode).
I do see some judder with Movie plus enabled when playing 23.976 fps movies which are most movies. But i don't see dropped frames all the times.
The default refresh rate i have set for my TV is 60Hz. Why 60hz? this will give the highest refresh rate to get the smoothest picture and Movie plus support.
I don't have any dropped frames with 29fps, 25fps movies.
Will Reclock give me any benefit? It was a part of the tutorial but it has been removed recently.
What do you guys suggest to do?
