I do not see any way for me to get to this screen.
When I press Ctrl + Alt + F12, a new windows then pops up "Intel HD Graphics Control Panel" and my options are:
So I choose Display, here's a screenshot of the window I see after clicking Display.
From here I don't see any way that I can get to the screen at the top of my post.
Clicking the drop down arrow on "Display" and selecting "Display settings" does nothing because that's the screen I'm already on.
I initially had the video drivers from the ASRock motherboard CD installed. Then after realizing I had an overscan problem I updated to the newest drivers on Intel's website.
Now just before writing this post I uninstalled the drivers via "Programs and Features", ran CCleaner to remove any remnants of the install. I rebooted and Windows installed them again(it found them in C:\ I suppose). So I went into "Device Manager", and uninstalled the drivers(also checked the box for delete the driver software from this device), Then ran CCleaner again.......rebooted, verified that the computer was not running intel drivers, it was running some generic Windows drivers.
I then installed the latest drivers from Intel's website.
Here's the drivers I currently have installed:
