When you enter the already given code (enter enter left enter) and confirm. It opens a "Device" option in the main menu at the bottom. Here is where you have control over a lot of parameters, including adjustments of whitepoint for each "preset" whitepoint (User 1, 2, 3, Cinema, etc...).
I suppose one could crank up the gains to try and yield more output, but, in my experience with Sony's that doesn't work. Slight amounts are ok, but to start pushing them up too much will not allow it to track fully over the whole spectrum (0-100).
One note...be careful in there. There are some things if changed could effectively ruin the unit and require a repair.
