So I bought this TV almost a year ago, but since I was in a dorm room at the time, I had to leave it at home, where it was not used, for several months (42 is a bit big for a tiny room). Anyway, after moving in to a new place this year and actually being able to use it, I have found a few problems that I am hoping someone can help me out with.
1.) The TV doesn't seem to remember the channel presets. Every time I turn it back on, none of the channel buttons work, and the only way to solve the problem is by manually pushing the numbers, or going back through the set-up process and allowing it to re-scan for channels.
2.) About 90% of the time, the TV works with no problems at all, but the other 10%, it seems unable to keep a good picture. The sound always works, but the picture will go in and out and jump around, so that it's almost impossible to keep up with whats going on. I had hoped it was just a bad connection in the back, but it does the same thing no matter which input is being played.
