Plasma vs Led for a 55" to 60" advice

Hi guys I'm in the market for a new set and i'm moving up from a kdl46xbr6.

I have my eyes on a few models and I would like to know what the community here thinks about these models:

PN59D7000
PN59D6500
TCP55GT30
UN60D6500

Which one would you choose and why. I have a basement so light is not an issue and I will mostly be doing console gaming and movies. I know the models above are different in price and my preference would be to go for the best bang for my bucks. You are free to suggest alternative models if you wish.

I have previously picked up a PN59D550 and aside from the fact that it broke after 2 days I was satified with the pq but the black levels were pretty bad.

Thank you for you help.

I myself have the PN59D6500 and I have been pleased with it. It does have the FB issue but I barely notice if not detect it at all. Id stay away from the 7000/8000 line because of the screen peeling users have reported even from Aug builds (someone confirm please). I got mine from best buy...becareful of their third party delivery service...they installed my tv on the stand crooked.

As for the 3d aspect of the tv...the active shutter glasses give me major headaches during day time viewing.

I also have heard good words for the GT30 and the VT30 if you want to go there.

Thanks for the reply...... I have actually narrowed it down to the pn59d6500 and the un60d6500. Still in a limbo between the brightness pop issue of the first and uneven backlight that I could potentially find in the second.
