Ow, good point; hadn't thought of that. Also, they're on the same network, so it would be awkward to schedule them on the same night, even reruns, if NBC wanted to unless they made sure it's a "30 Rock" episode without Pancholy. "T. J. Hooker" was on CBS while "Dynasty" was on ABC, and "L. A. Law" was on NBC and "Designing Women" on CBS while "It's a Living" was in syndication, so the two examples I gave earlier didn't have a same-network problem.
Allison Brie pulls of Mad Men and Community, but they're both in LA.
Likewise, "Mad Men" is on AMC while "Community" is on NBC.
