It's like they are winking at us knowingly about how they invented his character this season and they really didn't know him before that.

That part is actually kind of funny. Agreed.

Everything is all over the place... And with Whitney everyone other episode is like her being... Crazy.

I thought the best thing about this show last season was the natural chemistry between Whitney and Alex. This season it seems like their lines are forced and that chemistry is gone. I don't know what changed behind the scenes over the summer, but I've got to believe it's just poor writing that is killing the fun of this show now.

Odds are it was the series ender, not the season ender, but they did wrap things up tidily. If they had gotten to this point 2-3 episodes into the season the show would have had a much better chance at survival.

I'd be fine with it just ending. I'd miss Roxanne though. She's not... crazy.

They sure wrote it to be the series ender, that's for sure.

I won't miss Roxanne Harris, but I'll miss Rhea Seehorn until she shows up in another comedy.  She was the only reason I watched "I'm with Her."

Yeah, that's what I meant. Couldn't think of her real life name at the time.

I can't say I'm surprised. It doesn't appear that anybody writing for the show would be surprised about this either

While I wouldnt say Whitney was good, I certainly wouldnt call it a bad show. I was indifferent towards it. So far, Cummings is only 1 for 3 on TV shows.
