channels dropped in Coral Springs, FL area?

Out of nowhere I seem to have lost the ability to receive channels 4-1, 7-1, 10-1 over the air. I can still get PBS on 2-2 very well and 29-1 is perfect .. but the above mentioned channels just disappeared and no matter how many channel scans I do, I can't get them back. I'm in extreme western coral springs, out by the sawgrass expy. Anyone else have this problem?

Mike,

I'm in Coral Springs and get all six (6) stations without any problem.

Mike,

Does your receiver have the new 5099 upgrade?

I've got the MITS HD-5, does that upgrade work for my unit as well? I haven't changed any settings on my unit .... these channels just disappeared off my list and I can't get them back. These are all OTA channels, not DirecTV local channels. The weird thing is, I can still get 2-1 and 29-1 in digital OTA just fine ...

Should I run that LiL function that I saw others mentioning in that other thread? How do I upgrade the unit to 5099?

thx,
MikeW

I posted too soon ... I looked through that other thread and found the solution, plus some other info I wasn't aware of before I posted last time. I have my channels back now, thanks for pointing me in the right direction hardrock!
