Transformers: Dark of the Moon (Blu-ray) Official AVSForum Review - Page 10

I'm pretty sure a race of genius autonomous robots from a distant planet would have seen all angles...

Anyone got an idea when the 3D version is coming out. I read an article that said Japan will be getting it on 1/6/12. It will have an English track on it as well.

As if squashing Carly really needed an effort... It's as simple as 'splat'

Thank you for adding this. I hope Greg P. Russell is allowed to mix all future 5.1 - 7.1 (& beyond) films. He obviously knows how a correctly mixed film can make a difference for the home viewers (that it matter to).

This is what 7.1 Blu-Ray audio was made for!!

Leave your brains at the door and enjoy the ride!!

I just watched the video and love how he talked about making it work for the end user so your not up and down on the volume all the time. He really seems to get it and it sounds amazing because of it. I hope he does a lot more of the bigger titles upcoming.

Hey guy's,finally got to buy transformers 3 the dark moon. I know,it's been out for awhile now but lately haven't been in a mood for movies.
But i have to say the bass sounded great for sure even at moderate volume levels.
I'm gonna have to setup some side rears some time near future!.

But has anyone one of you had any audio dropout during the freeway scene?.
I did when lfe hit the audio just drops out then came back, that was the only scene i had issues with on true hd.

Transformers 3 sounded and looked wonderful in the few scenes I saw. I have as yet to see the entire flick. Same with Star Trek. Will do so soon.

If you are bitstreaming the DD True HD track, there is an audio dropout during a scene later in the movie, at least on my Oppo 83, but the freeway scene is flawless...
