Two game related questions from a new plasma owner

Hi, I just bought a 50GT30 and I have two questions:

1) for the 360, which is the recommended Reference Level to use, Standard, Intermediate or Expanded?

2) How do I save individual picture settings for separate sources? For example I want my game mode to be brighter on my 360 source than on my PS3 source, but every time I adjust one, the other is adjusted also. Doesn't the GT30 have this option? I thought all TVs do now.

1. Expanded is what you want for deep blacks. But you need to also calibrate the tv properly to ensure you dont end up with crushed blacks. The standard mode sets black level to IRE 16, which would give you a dark grey color for black, depending how you calibrate the set. switch the modes back and forth. you will see the colors getting deeper when you choose expanded. just make sure you calibrate.

if you do expanded then your TV should also be set to full/expnaded

Yes, as long as you set the TV and XBOX both to the same level, then there wont be any crushed blacks. everything will look fine as long as you calibrate afterwards.
