Use shortcuts from the network section and you should be fine.

On another note, I am thinking of creating a "semiofficial" thread for the AIOS on AVS, mainly because I need control over the OP (to keep the thread updated with news and links), what do you think guys ?

I think this is a great idea!

My unit shipped today. I don't know why it took Amazon so long to prepare it to ship (almost 4 days!). I get it Tuesday, but will be traveling out of town until Friday

Does anyone know if the AOIS has parental controls? I would like to keep my teenagers from accessing it and playing with it once it is installed

How well does the AIOS handle playback of the force subtitles in blurays? These are the english subtitles on for example, Avatar (Navi speak), Karate Kid (2010) and Ironman. I have my blurays ripped as BDMV folders as well as ISO's and while the Totalmedia Theater software plays them with no intervention the Network media players that I've tried won't show them at all. The two players that work mostly are the Popcorn Hour A-300 and SageTV HD-300 but these players have other problems. Has anyone tried these titles yet? Thanks.

It doesn't play them in my ISO of the original BD 2d disk of Avatar, and they are there. It is on the wish/bugs list om their forum so hopefully sooner or later it will get fixed.
I think adding a thread for the semi official firmware is a great idea too as maybe more new users will see it here as this place has so many members trying new toys that might not try the Pivos forums when they get one of these. The more people involved the more these things will develop and get better I think.
