So, John decides to censor once again on his forum. I wrote something similar to; Any updates concerning the drivers? Since we have paid 50% up front almost a year ago I think we deserve some info from time to time.
What is really going on over there? I understand that things have not gone the way John planned, but I ask myself: When he was waiting for parts to leave China, did he not contact the company from time to time to get updates on his order? If they ignored his questions, did that not upset him? When the company doing the plating of his T-yokes don't deliver in time, will he not ask for explanations and ETA? I for one are really fed up with this, and if it is not allowed for simple questions to be asked on his forum, then I take it up somewhere else, where he can not censor me. I'm getting really frustrated that he does not show any understanding nor respect for me as a customer who paid 50% of my drivers up front 13 months ago! 50% of my money that helped his company back on it's feet. The same company who delivers drivers to people who ordered a couple of weeks back? I mean, I ordered these drivers for a project planned for last winter, and as far as I can tell I will not have them for this winter either. Am I really alone out there to have these feelings?
