Onkyo TX-NR809 VS DENON AVR-3312ci

I have the Definitive Technology ProCinema 800. I need a reciver that can deliver performance and a bunch of decoding. (Last)... Im looking at the Onkyo TX-NR809 and DENON AVR-3312ci.. i red the ONKYO can do up-convrtions of 4K.. is it better than 1080p?. will i need this in the future? Which one is best? I need your expertise HELP....

UHDTV (4kx2k) isn't scheduled to be available on consumer TVs until 2016-2020 so I wouldn't worry too much about it for now, rather choose the model that provides the features and inputs you need as they both use the same version of Audyssey MultEQ XT.
