The writing was tighter, the edits between the current plotline and the overlying story arc smoother. Maybe my favorite episode of the series.

They needed to make a puss bubble burst and squirt Hank.

How could he even lay down or even sleep with that thing? Loved the first puncture, that's why today's rules make everyone wear and use universal precautions. No mask or goggles. eek.gif

Have to sign in to view it. If it's an exploding puss bubble, think I'll go view pics of Adalind.biggrin.gif

Damn chair.

Even with the chair, it's obvious to me she is quite outstanding.biggrin.gif

I'm kind of hoping I can find something better to add to my schedule to replace this show, because I found myself feeling burdened by the obligation to watch it on the DVR this evening, which is a sign that I shouldn't bother anymore. The only mildly interesting plot twist of this episode was misdirecting the killer as the guy's wife when it was really his mistress, but that's a standard crime drama tactic that you could get on any police procedural. Grimm may be getting better at being what it is, but it's still only derivative.

I won't argue this...

Pretty much EVERYTHING is derivative. What's your point?

How to succeed in a derivative TV world.

First: Develop unique, interesting characters that the viewer is willing to invest in.
Second: Put the (now loved) character into the classic scenario and let them solve it in their unique manner.

I hate Soap Operas but put it in space with aliens and I might watch it. (Deep Space 9?)

I'm not sure I could watch an alien in a space ship hospital bed with amnesia.

After watching oink's puss removal video I'm not sure I can watch anything ever again.

Yeah, not for the faint hearted.eek.gif

Nothing like a hit from a giant scorpion to ruin a perfectly good crime.
Dang...that had to hurt.

Really enjoyed seeing the humor in watching Monroe play the peacemaker to a dysfunctional family of Fuchsbau.

Adalind is, FINALLY, getting her mojo back, and that can't be good for anyone she comes into contact with.

Monroe was hilarious at the dinner table. He sure was eyeing that steak. Hmm, may have to fire up the grill tonight.

Monroe steals this show on a regular basis. He has at least one laugh-out-loud moment every week.

Absolutely, some of the best moments of this show are when Monroe is on screen.

So what happened with that Fuchsbau that's friends with Juliette? they forgot about her? or I miss an episode? I thought Nick was going to mention her to Rosalee but I guess not.

I think you missed an episode, because there was some resolution to that complication. Don't wanna say to much as I guess it's a spoiler for ya.

Good man.
I know this is a supernatural kind of show, but how come the Manticore guys didn't have a hole in the back of their pants? LOL

That was a "real" tail where do they keep it when they are not Wessen?
As with their facial features, the tail magically disappears into the ether when they're in their human state. wink.gif

I thought that once a program aired, discussion about it was fair game. confused.gif

Technically, i think you are correct. Once a program airs it is fair game. I was just being vague in my response so that he may have to opportunity to go watch it. Especially since he didn't ask a specific question.

I hope I just didn't open a can of worms.....Lets just tract back to Adalind smile.gif

Yes, you ARE correct.
That's one of the forum rules laid out long ago.

You didn't technically have to do it, but it was a classy thing to do IMO.

You didn't...and, yes, let's get back to Adalind.biggrin.gif
post #1347 of 1501
So Adalind powers will come back slowly, no wonder why she hasn't "Wolgen" (Sp) into it yet..
Great ending tonight.biggrin.gif

If I was Adalind and saw little hands and a creepy little face pushing on my belly, I'd stop rubbing that goop on it. Just saying.
+1. I thought last night's episode was really good. Kept me smiling. And the ending? Oh boy. They could write a whole episode around how that's going to get resolved, if ever.
I'm thinking Monroe's parents can't be very happy with him right now. Marrying a Fuchsbau AND hanging out with a Grimm. That's a lot for Blutbaden parents to take. biggrin.gif
