'Grimm' on NBC HD - Page 32

I guess i was OK with everyone calling in DeGroot and having "Jack Ruby" assassinate the rogues. But, I was kind of hoping that the Captain would order Nick to do his Grimm thing and go do the dirty himself since it would have been more interesting from a character development angle. Or better yet both the Captain and Nick do the deed together.

Did we really need more loose threads, in the form of DeGroot and the council, at this time. It seems to me that we already have enough loose threads for now...

It certainly grows the universe, but you're right. The Royals are supposed to rule the Wesen, but seem to be more about being secret rulers (The Nine) of the universe. They already have their watch dog enforcers (can't remember their name, but have the tats). Grimms, supposedly protect humanity from the Wesen, but apparently have also been allied with the Royals as well. Then there's the Resistance...not sure their agenda, but evidently they are opposed to the Royals and their hegemony. Now we have DeGroot, another set of enforcers to keep the Wesen in line, but not answering to the Royals. Getting pretty complicated...ain't we.

Juliet either needs to remember the remainder of her conversation with Nick in next week's episode and join the scooby gang, or she needs to jump into that hole and stop wasting screen time. Why the writers feel the need to drag this out is beyond me, especially when Renard's initiation into the circle happened at breakneck speed last week.

They're doing it just to bother you.

The show has made a quantom leap in the last three episodes, IMO. Yeah, it is getting to the point of needing a crib sheet to keep all the different groups straight but right now I'm enjoying the ride. Its gotten good enough now I'm willing to cut it some slack. smile.gif

...and everyone else who's complained about it. It pains me to see them squandering a character so badly. I would think that Bitsie would be annoyed at being so underutilised by now. Rosalie's been in far fewer episodes than Juliette and yet contributed far more.

I can't keep up with what anything means in Grimm any more. I watch it because of the monsters. And I like old houses, and Portland seems full of very beautiful ones.

Is there a voodoo chile in Nick's book?

I'm hoping for a crossover episode with Carrie and Fred from Portlandia. rolleyes.gif

They have Rosalie literally phoning in most of her lines anyways. Now that she's back from whatever black hole the writers put her in hopefully that will be resolved.

Bree Turner was on hiatus for the first half of the season so she could deliver her son last September. She should be around full time now.

Funny, she actually was phoning in her lines so to speak...

Yep, she dropped an offspring over that hiatus. She was 7 mos. preggers at the start of the season.

I wonder if they have a child, what it would be?

Blutbad + Fuchsbau = half Wolf half Fox? at least I think it's possible being both canine type

Tonite's episode is another good one.

Juliet is reaching out, and that is a good thing (since Nick has been ignoring her).

Nick has developed some steroid Grimm skills, and that is good too.

More (much more) Adalind please...wink.gif

Yeah, the Grimmster is becoming Luke Skywalker with his Jedi skills without the services of Obiwan or Yoda. Pretty soon he'll be doing mind tricks on those slow thinking wesen. Flyguy was a pretty decent MOTW. Wish they had explained why he was dropping pills and looked in pain.
Regarding the pills, perhaps it's a withdrawal thing. The pills could be some sort of opiate to help between fixes.

Some help please.....my DVR cut off when Nick was going all Skywalker on the paint balloons....did I miss anything important after that? PS - WTF is wrong with NBC going long and not telling the guide people - I hate having to pad show endings
post #957 of 1114
Good episode but very nasty.
I hate anything that has to do with eyes... especially the old parasitic barbed worms in the eye trick.

You didn't miss anything really. After he was done he took off his blindfold and smirked, if I remember right.

Same thing happened to me. I went to NBC to see what I missed and it is about 15 seconds or so as mentioned above.

They talked about how the worms must of done something to him and they couldn't explain how he has this ability now. Then he smirked because he was pumped that he now can do this with his fighting skills.

I just record "Rock Center" at 10pm as well. Not a bad news magazine, really.
