I know on the Xbox video and Netflix app the black level is correct but other apps such as youtube and Halo Waypoint are still off. I have to change my tv settings to produce the correct level.

I've noticed a few times that, after an update to an app, the black levels will be off again, and then there will be another update some point later that will fix the black levels. They seem to repeat the mistake over and over.
