This buy is really only for a test since I am very happy with my Sony 95. It will be the first DLP that I will test!
Rick - that's great, sounds like you'll see it before Mark and I can check it out.
There is still something unique about the 3D on the cheap Acer 3d DLP 5360 that sticks in my mind, compared to the JVC's and Sony's 3D.. There isn't a hint or chance of ghosting, even with the most difficult movies like Sammy's Adventures.
The Sony 3D with the tuned MV3D's goes a long way to helping reduce it, but it's still there for me in some scenes and becomes prevalent on my HP screen since it's so bright. I expect the W7000 to perform like the Acer, but have considerably better contrast, sharpness, etc.
The first thing I was going to try is the L/R 3D patterns we've seen floating around, they are perfect on my Acer when viewed through each eye.
