The other option is not to have the seats centered and use curved seating. This is what I did due to room constraints and I have not had anyone say anything about being "off center". It works out since the chairs are angled towards the screen. I think the isles are workable in the design, but just giving you some added food for thought.
I hate removing drywall. I always underestimate the amount of mess it creates.
